Summer Update

Good day folks!
Hope the summer is finally showing up wherever you are, it took it’s time this year. Figured I’d update some of the goings on in the past month or so….
Had a complete blast in Toronto with some great friends. A crisp high five goes out to Mike Daley, Sheldon Kelly, Sean McIntyre, and Jimmy Rose for stepping up and delivering on short notice. It was a stellar line-up at Mitzi’s Sister, full of some super acts.So, right now I’m in the midst of booking a Maritime-Toronto-Western tour for October, so I’ll be back in the Toronto area soon.
In other news, my song “This Old Farmhouse” has been picked up by ABC’s new show “Castle”, a big thanks has to go out to the good folks at Blue Pie Records for going to bat for me. The song is in season one, episode 5 called “A Chill Goes Through Her Veins.” It’s about 3 minutes I think, the two main characters (Castle & Beckett) are interviewing a cop in a pub …. It’s playing in the background! I’ll be posting more info from Blue Pie soon, as well as more reviews of the album and performances. I hope to have some video footage up soon too.
